Drivers of nonnative fish invasion patterns differ by species origin and waterbody type

These datasets consist of R code, data, and descriptions of the datasets. They are essential for reproducing the results presented in the paper "Drivers of nonnative fish invasion patterns differ by species origin and waterbody type." We investigated biotic (native assemblage) and abiotic (environmental and anthropogenic) drivers of these patterns in a biodiversity hotspot (Yunnan, China) using occurrence data of native, alien, and translocated species across 202 sub-basins.
