Description
Major changes:
- Much improved structuring to fai to boost speed and better control memory consumption.
- Switch to DIAMOND linclust from CD-HIT in prepTG for collapsing redundancy in protein database. This is the default operation now - which can make prepTG much slower for larger databases to allow for quicker fai runs downstream.
