🌿 Overview

This is the first public release (v13.0.0) of CerebellarLobuleLengthAnalyzer, an ImageJ macro for semi-automatic segmentation and length measurement of cerebellar lobules.

It allows users to:

• Load Nucleus and Purkinje channel images
• Segment lobule/sulcus boundaries
• Optionally refine the mask using Purkinje signals
• Manually draw separation lines
• Automatically split and filter ROIs
• Export ROI set and length measurements

這是 CerebellarLobuleLengthAnalyzer 的第一次公開版本,提供一套可在 ImageJ 中使用的宏指令,用於小腦葉狀結構的半自動分割與長度量測。

功能包括:

• 載入 DAPI 與 Purkinje 通道影像
• 擷取原始遮罩,並可選擇使用 Purkinje 資訊修補邊界
• 手動畫線分離 lobule
• 自動分割與篩選 ROI
• 匯出分割結果與長度資料表
