These models were published in miRBench: novel benchmark datasets for microRNA binding site prediction that mitigate against prevalent microRNA frequency class bias
- *_full.keras were trained on the respective Hejret2023 and Manakov2022 train sets in this record.
- *_subset_*.keras were trained on subsets of the Manakov2022 train set. The subset size is indicated in the file name.
