Major Release

• Introduce a single interface wrapper for major programs called: zol-suite.
• Fix some broken functionalities in auxiliary functionalities like in salt and zol-scape.
• Reduce footprint of prepTG databases while maintaining low-memory usage (for metagenomic datasets) and backwards compatibility (fai should work on v1.5.* prepTG databases).
• Update zol to be more robust to unexpected errors.
• Reduce default E-value thresholds for query gene cluster detection in fai to better abide with our advice to first run loose searches and then select or run more strict searches for downstream zol analysis.
• Start (still in progress) converting code to meet PEP8 compliance. An AI agents with manual assessment of proposed changes were used in this process.
