The monograph is devoted to topical issues of theoretical research and experimental development aimed at the development of distributed intelligent service-oriented information systems in the open environment. Research is based on the use of the Semantic Web technologies and ontological analysis. The proposed models and methods are aimed on new knowledge acquiring from  various types of information resources and their semanticization.
