Asgard archaea proteome database and associated analysis files

Description
This dataset comprises principally a comprehensively annotated database of Asgard archaea proteins (proteome_database_v3.5.csv) and additional files generated by downstream analysis. These include files containing Orthofinder and Interproscan annotations/results as well as raw data files underlying these analyses.
This release is associated with the pub Assembling and annotating an Asgard archaea and giant virus dataset of over 840,000 proteins
