Supplementary datasets for Mas e Braga et al., "Controls on fjord temperature throughout Greenland in a reduced-physics model"
Description
The resulting compilation of fjord geometries and used CTD casts in "Mas e Braga et all", presented as Supporting Data Sets S1 to S3. Supporting Data Set S1 is a master spreadsheet containing the ID for all digitised fjords, grounding-line and sill depths used in the model runs, OMG IDs for every fjord and shelf casts used as forcings, as well as the gate ID for each glacier flux gate used in computing the fjords’ respective subglacial discharge. Supporting Data Sets S2 and S3 are the shapefiles of the digitised fjord outlines and lengths, respectively:

Data Set S1. Spreadsheet with manually picked grounding lines, sill depths, in-fjord and continental shelf OMG cast IDs, as well as gate IDs for the subglacial discharge data. Note that cast IDs also denote their date and time of collection (YYYYMMDDhhmmss), whereas fjord IDs correspond to their IDs in the fjord outline and length shapefiles (Data Sets S2 and S3). Centroid coordinates (EPSG3413 projection) for each digitised fjord are included, extracted directly from Supplementary Data Set S2, for ease of access.
