Authors/Creators
Description
Data and R scripts that were used for formal analysis (modelling, figures and tables) are available here.
Hibernation phenology data of the two bat species can be found in the following files:
hibernation_phenology_2010_2016.csv
Mnat_hibernation_phenology_2017_2023.csv
Mdau_hibernation_phenology_2017_2023.csv
Body mass data for Myotis daubentonii can be found in: Mdau.xlsx
Hourly temperature data from the Münster/Osnabrück station (ID 1766), collected by the DWD (German Meteorological Service; https://opendata.dwd.de/climate_environment/CDC/) can be found in: Munster_temperature.txt
The R code can be found in the pheno_shift.Rmd file, which should be opened from the R project file phenology_shift_R.Rproj. The TimeFrame5.R script contains some additional functions related to dates and times used in the analysis.
