The Power of Self-Belief Through Mind Hygiene®: A Retrospective Study Across Six Core Health Domains (2021–2025)

Authors/Creators

Description

This retrospective observational study explores the documented experiences of over 4,100 patients who practiced the Mind Hygiene® method between 2021 and 2025. Unlike conventional medical models focused on symptom management, this study evaluates holistic transformation across six domains of sovereign health: Spiritual Health, Mind Health, Time Health, Executional Health, Physical Health, and Financial Health. Based on de-identified testimonials, chart notes, and behavioral observations, the study identifies consistent improvements in self-belief, Emotional Freedom™, time management, physical discipline, and spiritual alignment, as reported by patients facing life tragedies, breakups, and emotional isolation. The Mind Hygiene® method integrates lived experience, therapeutic principles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Metacognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), along with a signature micro-meditation technique involving 1–90 second reflective writing every 90 minutes.
