Multi-modal image analysis for large scale cancer tissue studies within IMMUcan

This dataset contains the data to reproduce the IMMUcan imaging workflow publication.

Background:

IMMUcan (https://immucan.eu/) collects samples from cancer patients for multimodal analysis. multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF) and Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) are performed on all patient samples. Samples collection occurs over 6 years. Two workflows have been developed for mIF and IMC to allow reproducible data collection and processing over the course of the project. 

Data:

- whole slide images from a time series of dried immunufluorescence testing

- cytoblock data required to reproduce figure 3

- mIF data for the reproduction of the paper

- IMC data for the reproduction of the paper
