Description
The files contained in this repository correspond to:
- add_dms_sic_sst_CSIB_wps.py - python script to use CSIB data as boundary conditions in WRF-Chem
- CSIB-NAA_C52406-CGRF_SST-SSS-SIC-DMS_20180101-20181231.nc - contains the variables from the CSIB ocean biogeochemistry simulation used in the WRF-Chem runs (oceanic DMS concentration, SST and sea ice concentration)
- WRF-Chem-Polar-dev-DMS.zip - contains the WRF-Chem code version including updated DMS chemistry with the von Glasow et al (2004) scheme and option to activate aerosol nucleation from MSA based on Riccobono et al (2014) and Hodshire et al (2019)
