MODELO DE LA MENTE UNIFICADO MMU 1

Description

BOOK THEORY OF THE UNIFIED MODEL OF MIND

Author's Note
This book was not born out of academic ambition, but out of a personal need. For much of my life, I felt an unbridgeable gap, a silent chasm between the immediacy of my internal experience and the language the world offered me to describe it. Science described the neurochemical mechanisms with astonishing precision; psychology diligently cataloged observable behaviors; philosophy debated the nature of consciousness. But the user manual for the "I," the flowchart showing how those pieces fit together to fabricate the tangible experience of being me in this very moment, simply did not exist.
The Unified Mind Model (UMM) is the result of a journey I did not choose, but one I could not abandon. It began in the solitude of self-observation, with the almost desperate attempt to map the invisible currents that moved my internal states. Concepts you'll find in these pages, such as the "Denying Agent" or the "Vital Adaptive Regulator," were not theoretical inventions to impress an audience, but rather names I had to give to the forces I felt operating within me, with the same certainty with which one feels cold or heat. It was a work of pure phenomenology, often confusing and without a compass, guided only by the imperative to find a language for my own labyrinth.
