Description

This folder contains the raw data and code used to generate plots for the manuscript "Probing a minimal Kitaev chain with gate reflectometry"

There are two jupyter notebook files for generating the plots.
To run the jupyter notebook, install Anaconda and create an appropriate environment by execute the .yml file:
conda env create -f environment.yml
Activate the environment by running
conda activate gate_sensing
And execute the jupyter lab to launch the notebooks:
jupyter lab

The raw data from the measurements is stored in the qcodes database file in '.db' format. Datasets are loaded and transformed into xarray format for further processing.
We included all the datasets thourgh out the whole experiment. By running the plotting script "plotting.ipynb", all the plots in the manuscript can be generated.
For viewing other datasets in the databases, one can use the package in the folder 'output_dataset'. It provides automatically plotting for any dataset with some minimal configuration options.
