Description

This dataset has been analyzed in the manuscript titled "SpaceBF: Spatial coexpression analysis using Bayesian Fused approaches in spatial omics datasets," as the third real data use case.

There are two main data files, both in .rds format. The one named "Peptide_expression_in_spots.rds" contains the standardized expression of 12 peptides in 5548 spots. The other file named "Peptide_description.rds" contains the descriptive metadata of the peptides, i.e., their source genes and actual sequences. The file "ROI_114.pptx" contains the histology image. 

The R codes to load and analyze the dataset will be provided in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/sealx017/SpaceBF. The older version of the data is available at https://zenodo.org/records/15838609.
