- implemented From<(isize,isize)> for Offset, facilitates quick conversion from tuples
- and added TryFrom<&str> for Offset, The latter parses a string to an offset. The string is in the form start:end or start,end where start and end are (possibly signed) integers. Either may also be omitted.
