Description

2023 年 4 月,在南海北部的 R/V 月战游九号上进行了一次科考巡航,共覆盖了 20 个采样站。使用 Midi 多网系统(口面积:0.25 m2;网孔尺寸:200 μm;HYDRO-BIOS,德国),它以 0.5 m/s 的恒定速度垂直拖曳穿过五个离散的深度层(0-25 m、25-50 m、50-100 m、100-200 m 和 200-300 m)。 同时,使用 RBRmaestro3 多参数水质仪器(RBR Ltd.,加拿大)测量海水温度、盐度、叶绿素 a 浓度和溶解氧浓度等环境数据。
