Description
Code and csv files assoicated with generating figures included within the metaanlysis:
- Download the csv files to a directory.
- Edit the path to the csv files in plot_metaanalysis_clean.py.
- See file header to details of how to edit and run this simple python script.
- Run the file by typing 'python plot_metaanalysis_clean.py' to generate summary figures.
A xcel spreadsheet of the complete dateset is also included: 'citations_filtered_FORMATTED.xlsx'
