Atipikus hallgatók a tömegesedő felsőoktatásban

Description

Napjaink tömegesedő felsőoktatásában egyre erősödő kihívás az atipikus hallgatók megjelenése. Noha
kutatások alapján a felsőoktatás-pedagógiai gyakorlatra az oktatók pedagógiai felkészültsége gyakorolja
a legnagyobb hatást, az egyetemi oktatók közel felének nincs pedagógiai felkészültsége. Nemzetközi
tapasztalatok alapján napjainkban a felsőoktatásban a kutatás, tanítás, szolgáltatás hármasából egyre
inkább a tanítás-tanulás funkció, a felsőoktatás-pedagógia (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) válik hangsúlyosabbá. Tanulmányunkban a felsőoktatás-pedagógia egy sajátos szegmensével, az atipikus
hallgatók oktatásával foglalkozunk, kitekintve a demográfiai és rekrutációs kihívásokra, valamint a fogyatékossággal élő és sajátos élethelyzetű hallgatók oktatására.

Abstract (English)

In today’s mass higher education, the presence of atypical students is an increasingly serious challenge.
Although research shows that the pedagogical knowledge of teachers has the greatest impact on higher
education teaching practice, nearly half of university teachers lack pedagogical training. Based on
international experience, the teaching-learning function, or higher education pedagogy (Scholarship of
Teaching and Learning), is becoming increasingly important in higher education, replacing the traditional
triad of research, teaching and service. In our study, we focus on a specific segment of higher education
pedagogy, the education of atypical students, looking at demographic and recruitment challenges, as well
as the education of students with disabilities and in special circumstances.
