Abstract

                The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly altering the dynamics within organizations, greatly affecting work methodologies and instigating cultural changes. This research investigates the influence of AI on the evolution of organizational work practices and analyzes the subsequent cultural shifts. By conducting a systematic literature review, this study consolidates existing findings to offer a thorough insight into AI's effects on organizational environments. The review involved an examination of peer-reviewed articles, books, and conference proceedings to pinpoint essential themes associated with AI-induced modifications in work practices, such as automation, decision-making processes, and the roles of employees.
