Global data on caudal condition in geckos based on iNaturalist images with supplementary material for the manuscript: Human footprint is changing how geckos respond to enemies: evidence from global citizen science data

This repository contains the supplementary material, R codes, a figure and datasets linked to the paper "Human footprint is changing how geckos respond to enemies: evidence from global citizen science data"  

We provide one supplementary table in .xlsx (Table S1), a figure (figure S1), and the four datasets in .csv. Besides that we are sharing four R scripts used for data analysis.
