Jisc Equipment Data Service Spreadsheets

Attached are two spreadsheets for Equipment Data service (data management platform) 

These spreadsheets contain the field headings for the new data model. 

1. XLSX file

• This has been formatted with the dropdown lists for controlled vocabularies and ISO 8601 date format. 

• Please ensure you save this as a CSV file for upload to the data management platform. 

• Future releases for the platform will include the ability to upload Excel formats (XLS, XLSX). 

      2. CSV file

• This file has NOT been formatted with the dropdown lists for controlled vocabularies or ISO 8601 dates. 

• Please ensure the right formatting is applied for the column fields. See the new data model guidance
