Description
Figure 1 Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree of Carlosrosaea generated from the combined ITS and LSU sequence data. The tree is rooted with Tremella globispora CBS 6972 and Tremella tropica CBS 8483. Bootstrap values (BS) ≥ 50% and Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP) ≥ 0.95 are shown above branches. Type strain sequences are marked with (T). New species are highlighted in bold.
