WFGY OS · HelloWorld.txt The World's First Semantic Operating System in Pure TXT

This is the 1.0 official release of WFGY OS, titled "HelloWorld.txt" — the world’s first fully functional semantic operating system written in plain text.

No scripts, no installations, no hidden APIs.  
Just one `.txt` file, readable by both humans and large language models.

📂 Everything in this file runs purely through semantic prompts — no code execution, no external scripts, no APIs.  
🧠 It enables semantic reasoning, memory logging, modular logic triggering, and boundary detection — all within a `.txt` file.
