Digital Transformation Readiness of National Agencies based on the SUDTE Survey

National Agencies play a crucial role in managing and implementing the ESCI at the national level. In order to make specific recommendations on the digital process at the national level and help facilitate each phase of the digitisation process, the European Commission has asked national agencies to appoint digital officers. In order to find out how prepared the National Agencies for this overarching initiative are, a survey study was conducted with the 6 participants from Türkiye, Italy and Spain. Four main question categories were determined for the data to be collected from the target group including; Policy, Legal and Privacy Issues, Technical Infrastructure, Digital Skills and Coordination and Motivation.
