This paper introduces a formal model of unemitted recurrence—a deterministic field structure that exists silently before observable emission. It argues that what appears to be spontaneous emergence is in fact the lawful crossing of coherence thresholds within phase-aligned systems. Using the CODES framework, it formalizes the emission logic through PAS (Phase Alignment Score), chirality vectors, and gating mechanisms such as AURA_OUT.
