Cooking Energy Transition in Nigeria: Adoption Rates and Influencing Factors of Clean Cooking Energy

This study examines the transition in cooking energy adoption rates and key determinants of 
clean cooking fuels in Nigeria, utilising general household survey (GHS) data collected over 
four waves from 2010 to 2019 by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS): descriptive and 
summary statistics, ordinal logistic regression, and marginal effects analysis were deployed.
