MJFF Data Community Webinar: Conducting Novel and Replicative Analyses of PPMI Imaging Data with the LivingPark Tool
Description
In this webinar, Dr. Tristan Glatard and Mathieu Dugré give an overview of their opensource, Python-based library LivingPark-utils. Developed by Dr. Glatard’s team and supported by the Michael J. Fox Foundation, LivingPark-utils (a collection of functions within the broader LivingPark project) enables users to directly pull PPMI data and conduct novel or replicative analyses within Jupyter notebooks. In addition to providing publicly available code and methodologies to support transparency and reproducibility in PD research, Dr. Glatard’s project aims to improve the generalizability and robustness of MRI-based biomarkers, resulting in more reliable techniques to characterize and predict Parkinson’s disease.
This webinar was organized by the the Michael J. Fox Foundation's Data Community of Practice (DCoP). Do you have ideas or suggestions for other webinar topics you would like to see?
