ProteoGyver source code

ProteoGyver is a software package for rapid QC and preliminary analysis in mass-spectrometry based proteomics. Included is a zip file of the source code repository at the moment of submission for publication. The project will undergo development and receive updates periodically, and is distributed via github (https://github.com/varjolab/Proteogyver) and dockerhub (https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/ksal/proteogyver and https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/ksal/pg_updater)
