Moreover, workplace stress significantly impacts employee performance. So, looking after employees' physical and mental health is important. Organizations worldwide are becoming more concerned about the mental health of the workers or employees and making efforts to reduce workplace stress since it impacts both productivity and employee efficiency. This paper studies the relationship between workplace stress, employee productivity, and well-being, highlighting the causes of workplace stress, its consequences, and the impact of workplace stress on organizational growth, presenting the potential solution, and suggesting strategies for the organization to reduce workplace stress.
