Glen Prosen soil biodiversity baseline survey

Description

This report and accompanying datasets describes a baseline survey of soil biodiversity at Glen Prosen, Scotland, conducted by the James Hutton Institute on behalf of Forestry and Land Scotland. The survey was conducted using eDNA methods and the report describes the distribution of Archaea, Bacteria, Fungi, Animalia, Chromista, Protozoa and Plantae in relation to current and planned land uses within the glen.
