WP3 D3.2 CO solution mapping to pilots, recruitment and training report

This report documents the alignment of the GREENGAGE CO Methodological framework with the specificities of pilot cities and the preparation and activation of recruitment and training activities. The report describes GREENGAGE´s solutions to respond to the distinct features of each pilot city by tailoring enabling solutions to pilots´ context while seeking replicable outcomes. As described in the GREENGAGE CO methodological framework, the report focuses on how the project carried out active intermediation during the preparation phase and set the ground for the forthcoming piloting phase. The report describes: a) the organisational structure, processes and tools put together to respond to the changing situation in the pilots and bring innovation to urban policy-making by utilising digital solutions to engage citizens, b) the process by which a comprehensive understanding of relevant contextual information of each pilot was developed following a situational analysis c) the process of drawing a GREENGAGE roadmap outlining how CO initiatives will be carried out in each city d) How recruitment and training were conceptualised and operationalised as situational onboarding in preparation of the piloting phase.
