QUELLE (S) FONCTION (S) COMMUNICATIVE (S) POUR LA QUESTION DANS LE DISCOURS RADIOPHONIQUE ALGÉRIEN?
Description
This study aims to analyze the communicative functions of questions in Algerian radio discourse. More specifically, it involves a pragmatic interpretation of the diversity of partial interrogative structures in spoken French on Alger-Chaîne III. The study focuses on two interactive radio programs addressing different topics: one of a social nature and the other with a medical focus. The analysis revealed specific uses of partial interrogatives, which vary according to several parameters: the program’s theme, the interactional framework, as well as the status and role of the various participants (hosts, listeners, and guests). This diversity of use demonstrates the adaptability of interrogative forms to the dynamics specific to each radio communication situation.
