Self-supervised learning analysis of multi-FISH labeled cell-type map in thick brain slices

Creators

Description

The provided data consists of reconstructed continuous image volumes from VISoR imaging, including Hoechst, Vglut1, and Vgat channels (with a thickness of 10 micrometers and voxel size of 2 micrometers). In our work titled "Self-supervised learning analysis of multi-FISH labeled cell-type map in thick brain slices," we utilized this example dataset.

Due to the large data size (terabyte scale), uploading the full dataset is not feasible. If you are interested in our work and would like to access more information about the data, please contact us via the email address below.
