ILION v3 — Demonstration of Deterministic Multi-Layer Authorization for Agentic AI

The architecture combines:

• PCL — contextual authorization
• ILION Gate — semantic authorization
• SRM — temporal authorization

The system intercepts:
- policy violations
- semantic drift
- distributed attacks
- slow-burn exfiltration
before execution.

All decisions are:
- deterministic
- auditable
- fail-closed
- pre-execution

The authorization stack is designed for ultra-low latency execution environments.

Typical evaluation latency in the demo:
- PCL: ~5–8µs
- ILION Gate: ~140µs
- SRM: ~7–11µs

This enables deterministic pre-execution authorization without introducing significant orchestration overhead.
