SQUID microscope data and post processing script

This dataset includes background data submitted to Progress in Earth and Planetary Science (PEPS) entitled “Scanning SQUID microscope system for geological samples: Further system improvements and development of post-processing software” by Hirokuni Oda et al., which is published on 17^th July, 2025.

A zipped file “Supplement_IgorPro9_HDF5.zip” contains following 15 HDF5 Packed Experiment File (.h5xp) produced by Igor Pro. These files can be read by an HDF5 viewer as well as by Igor Pro. “LatestCleanScript_ProcSQMicro_9_20250212.h5xp“ is the latest version of clean Igor Pro script of post-processing software ProcSQMicro. “_9” means Igor Pro version 9 and “20250212” represents the date of the software update in YYYYMMDD format. “Figure8” in “Figure8.h5xp” means that this script is used to produce “Figure 8” for the manuscript submitted to PEPS.
