Supplemental data for: Targeting impact versus deprivation (batch 2)

This contains supplemental data files to the paper "Targeting impact versus deprivation" by Johannes Haushofer,
Paul Niehaus, Carlos Paramo, Edward Miguel, and Michael Walker. These files are not necessary to generate the main results, but may be of interest to some users. Some users might be interested in computing additional statistics not reported in the paper that rely on the GRF models provided above. To conduct inference on those statistics without having to run the bootstrap
procedure in a computing cluster, we facilitate access to the bootstraped model outputs.

This repository contains the second batch of files. Additional supplemental files are available in the following repositories:
