In this article, the issues of improving the preparation of vocational education students for labor relations are thoroughly analyzed based on a scientific-pedagogical approach. In the context of the rapidly evolving demands of the labor market, the formation of a modern content for vocational education, the development of professional competencies among students, and their training in accordance with real working conditions are recognized as urgent challenges.
The study pays special attention to the role of adaptive learning environments in enhancing the system of workforce training in line with current labor market needs. These environments include educational resources tailored to the individual abilities, learning pace, and interests of students. The article scientifically substantiates the practical significance of integrating digital learning platforms, distance education technologies, virtual laboratories, simulation-based programs, and artificial intelligence-powered educational tools into the vocational training process.
