Youngho-Cholab/NCC_Code: v1.0 - NCC-based single-cell analysis code

This is the first official release of the custom Python code for NCC-based single-cell analysis of hDFs.

Key features:

• YOLOv5-based cell detection
• Extraction of size, eccentricity, refractive index, and H₂O₂ efflux
• Passage number classification model
