Description
MS2DeepScore models trained with the 0.2.0 version, used in the original MS2DeepScore paper. https://jcheminf.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13321-021-00558-4 This model is trained on the training data of https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.03.25.586580v4 and used for comparing the new model on the same test set to the MS2Deepscore 2.5.4 model.
