Enlightenment Ideas and Multicultural Values in of Seyid Azim Shirvani's Work
Description
The article examines the creative work of Seyid Azim Shirvani, one of the followers of
the school of enlightenment and critical realism, from the first to the second half of the
19th century, discusses the ideas of enlightenment, and focuses on his opposition to ig-
norance and ignorance in his satires. In the poet's works "The Return of the Mujtahid
from Education", "The Ignorant Father and the Wise Son", "The Story of the Scholar-
Bi'mal" and others, it is brought to the attention that spiritual education is unnecessary,
and studying secular sciences is more useful. In his works "Address to Mirjafar", "Speak
softly", "The Story of Hazrat Isa", "The Story of Hazrat Isa", "Sunni and Shia",
"Quranic-Hadith" multicultural values are examined, and the fact that the artist was a
multicultural, tolerant writer is substantiated with examples. The writer's sympathy for
the religions and prophets of other peoples is widely commented on from an artistic and
scientific perspective. The study notes with artistic details that the poet's works are hu-
mane in nature, and that he rose to the level of a perfect social satirical poet. The article
conducts a scientific polemic, and the researcher substantiates his scientific and theo-
retical considerations with quotations.
