Interoperability Policy Roadmap for the INFRA-ART Spectral Library

This document outlines current strengths and gaps in interoperability practices and defines strategic actions to enhance alignment with the FAIR principles and the EOSC Interoperability Framework (IF). This policy has been developed in the context of our participation in the FAIR-IMPACT support action "Creating EOSC-Compliant Interoperability Policies Based on the EOSC Interoperability Framework", carried out between February and April 2025. Serving as a practical guide for data managers, developers, and data curators responsible for the INFRA-ART Spectral Library, this living document will be reviewed and updated periodically. It aims to reflect ongoing progress, incorporate community developments, and adapt to evolving interoperability requirements.
