CoARA Boost CF1 - RARUG - Focus groups report UG

As part of the project, a series of focus group meetings were held with representatives of selected academic disciplines (chemical sciences, psychology and linguistics). These meetings provided a platform for in-depth discussions on the evaluation of academic teachers’ performance. Participants also reflected on the results of previously conducted surveys, offering further context and interpretation. Additionally, individual meetings were held with Vice-Deans from three faculties to gain insights from the managerial perspective. 

The report summarises the meetings and provides recommendations from various management perspectives.
