Information System Technology Plan for A&D Lechon Manok in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte

Description

This study introduces an Information System Development Plan (ISDP) for A&D Lechon Manok, a
fast-growing food enterprise in Mindanao, Philippines. The researchers have identified problems in the
firm's manual inventory operations, especially in monitoring stock sizes and valuing them correctly
regarding cash. A&D Stock Monitoring and Valuation System by Size (SMVS) is being recommended to
answer these concerns to answer these concerns. This System facilitates automated monitoring,
classification, and inventory valuation by size, enhancing precision, minimizing human intervention, and
accelerating operations. The plan identifies the necessary IT infrastructure for supporting implementation,
hardware, software, and system capabilities. Economic viability was evaluated to be affordable. The
research finds that using SMVS will automate inventory management, enhance scalability, and fortify A&D
Lechon Manok's business operations
