Complete archive of quantum computing research demonstrating unprecedented perfect coherence stability (64.0 ± 0.0) on IBM Brisbane hardware across 160 experiments. This comprehensive dataset includes:
 
- 4,314 sanitized files containing all experimental code, analysis scripts, and visualization tools
- Complete experimental data from 183 quantum measurements (1,498,624 total quantum shots)
- Cross-platform validation showing hardware-specific quantum stability impossible to reproduce in simulators
- All code sanitized to remove authentication tokens (48 tokens removed for security)
 
Key findings:
- All 160 IBM Brisbane experiments yielded identical suppression factor: 64.0
- Zero variance across 1.5 million quantum measurements
- Simulator comparison shows infinite variance ratio (hardware: σ²=0, simulator: σ²=71,053.83)
- Experiments conducted using only free-tier quantum resources (€0 budget)
 
This work introduces the "Dionísio Effect" - a hardware-specific quantum-environmental coupling achieving perfect stability during low geomagnetic activity (K-index 1-3).
