Description: the “Yield_Variance_Replication” folder contains the code and data to replicate all main text and supplementary (S) figures. For each script, the working directory should be set to the main replication folder — “Yield_Variance_Replication” — at the top of each script. Subsequent working directory changes within the code, when present, do not need to be modified. The majority of the code is written in R version 4.2.3, with some Python and MATLAB scripts as well. The figure that each script replicates is indicated in the script name, and output is saved in the “Results” folder. Data needed to run each script is held in the “Data” folder.
