MTN analysis for the ROSMAP single-nucleus
Description
The uploaded files are part of the module-trait network (MTN) analysis for the ROSMAP single-nucleus and bulk RNASeq datasets. Paper: "Gene module-trait network analysis uncovers cell type specific systems and genes relevant to Alzheimer’s Disease". by Lopes et al., 2025.
The files include the cell type–specific correlation matrices for the following cell types:
Ast = Astrocytes
End = Endothelial cells
Ext = Excitatory neurons
Inh = Inhibitory neurons
Mic = Microglia
Oli = Oligodendrocytes
Opc = Oligodendrocyte precursor cells
