The Effect of Ease, Trust, and Security to Loyalty Through Satisfactions Users FLIP Application in East Java

Description
This research aims to identify the effect of ease, trust and security on loyalty through satisfaction with flip application users in east java. This research uses explanatory research. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive data collection. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed in a hybrid manner with a sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that 1) ease has a significant effect on satisfaction 2) trust has a significant effect on satisfaction 3) security has a significant effect on satisfaction 4) ease has a significant effect on loyalty 5) trust has a significant effect on loyalty 6) security has a significant effect on loyalty 7) satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty 8) ease has a significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction 9) trust has a significant effect on loyalty 6) security has a significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction 10) security has a significant effect on loyalty through.
