Cracking the enigma of the Sagnac effect
Description
The contradiction between the Michelson-Morley experiment and the Sagnac effect has been a daunting problem in the search for a consistent model of the speed of light. This paper presents a new analysis of the Sagnac effect that is consistent with the analysis of the Michelson-Morley experiment.
