Legend: Supplemental Figure S1. Relative mRNA abundance of neuropeptides (agrp, npy, pomc and cartpt) and amino acid sensing mechanisms (bckde2, gs02, tas1r2a, tas1r2b, tas1r1, slc38a2 and mtor) in hypothalamus of rainbow trout at 1 hour post-intracerebroventricular injection of 1 μL·100 g-1 body mass of saline solution alone (Control) or containing 10 μg·μL-1 of leucine (Leucine). Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (N = 6 fish per treatment), normalized to actb and eef1a1 mRNA levels, and referenced to Control. * indicates significant difference from control group (t-test; p < 0.05).
